The MISSION of the Fire Department is to provide the citizens of Brooksville with the best possible fire services. The Department accomplishes this mission by planning, training educating its staff, and by upgrading facilities and equipment.
The Brooksville Fire Department is committed to protecting life and property through fire protection, emergency medical services and fire prevention education. The department responds to all hazard mitigation types of incidents such as structure, vehicle and brush fires, hazardous materials incidents, fire alarms, vehicle extrication's, and medical and rescue calls. Additionally, the Department provides fire prevention and educational programs, as well as conducts fire inspections of businesses.
