Tom Varn Stadium

The Tom Varn Stadium, dedicated March 4, 1997, is dedicated to Coach Varn’s stern leadership and strong character that has turned athletes into champions and students into lifelong winners.

The girl’s new softball facility is one of the finest in the southeastern United States. Built through cooperative efforts of the City of Brooksville, the Hernando County School Board, and the Hernando Youth Leagues (HYL)! There is individual seating for the spectators’ comfort. There are over 500 seats from the old Atlanta Braves’ Fulton County Stadium. Available to the teams and leagues are a state-of-the-art professional style lockers, showers, and jacuzzi. The stadium also boasts a concession stand and press box.

Tom Varn Park gives players, coaches and families a great opportunity to enjoy tournament softball
